This agreement sets the term of use, and conditions between iDaytrip(“we,” “us”) and users who use this website to purchase, book and reserve tours, packages and services on iDaytrip.com You must read these terms before using the website and all its features. The use of this website constitutes that you agree and understand all terms and conditions listed on this page. Please read the agreement carefully, as it concerns your legal rights and the limitations on these rights. If you do not agree, or accept these terms, please do not use this website to purchase any type of services. Once the service request has been submitted, the person who books, reserves, and purchases the service is deemed to agree with this agreement on behalf of all the individuals in the request.
The following conditions are applied on all products, and services including tours, activities, tickets, and packages:
All payment are collected in Thai Baht (THB). The currency settings on our website are only a suggestion of the converted price and are used only for convenience in browsing our products and services. In order to book our tours, a 50% deposit or a full advance payment is required to confirm the services and cancellation can be made according to our cancellation policy. Based price shown on our website is the price for the highest rate for a private tour at the minimum group size. Commonly, we use the price-per-person for a private tour for a group of 2 people. If we are unable to fulfill our services and are subject to reject your booking, we will not take any payment and void any payment authorization. In case the payment has been made, and we are unable to accept your booking. We will provide a full refund regardless of the period specified in the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Sightseeing & Excursions
A cancellation fee of 100.0% is charged if canceled 3 day(s) or less before the event
A cancellation fee of 50.0% is charged if canceled 7 day(s) or less before the event
A cancellation fee of 10.0% is charged in all cases.
Customer Services
The representation of iDaytrip may differ according to the destination. In some destinations, a representative will visit the hotels according to the schedule to assist the clients with additional information and in case there are any difficulties. For Tour and transfer services, clients have to inform our customer services at the telephone numbers as mentioned above or our local partner immediately while staying in Thailand to investigate and solve the situation. Any complaints received after departure from the country is referred as null and to investigate/ solve case by case when receiving information in writing within 4 weeks after services ended as it is difficult to get compliance from relevant suppliers after the period.
Insurance
We cover insurance for accidents occurred during our transfers and tours within the Royal Kingdom of Thailand at the amount of Thai Baht 500,000.00 for first aids and medical care. The insurance does not cover losses or damages of personal effects. It’s recommended that clients have private insurance coverage during their stay in Thailand.
Liabilities
iDaytrip acts as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport companies, suppliers and the local tourist offices in providing their services to clients. we are not responsible for any losses, injuries or damages sustained by you including those incurred outside the tour programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to any delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, and unrest must be borne by clients. We reserve the right to modify or change the tour itinerary or services that have been confirmed for safety reasons, such as weather conditions, political riots and natural disasters without prior notice. Participation in any of our organized tours automatically implies that clients have been advised, and they have understood and accepted the above terms & Conditions.
