Perfect day trip

This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand! Our guide was very friendly and informative. Seeing the elephants up close was an incredible experience, and swimming in the waterfalls afterwards was awesome! I would not hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone considering taking it. It is a full day with a couple of hours drive on either side but was absolutely worth it and I would one hundred percent do it again!

An amazing experience

This is a long day & we did give it a lot of thought before booking, however we are so pleased that we made the effort. It was one of the best days of our holiday. The vehicle used is very comfortable, our guide “Sharkey” & driver MR Mac were excellent. Feeding & bathing with the elephants was amazing & something we will never forget.

Great experience with a great guide

Pran was an excellent guide and we thoroughly enjoyed this day. All four elements of it were great. The River Kwai has historical significance for us; the waterfall complex (whether you swim or not) is spectacular; the cave where the people who worked on the "death railway" was interesting to see, bathing an elephant was something we have never done before. Throughout, we found Pran to be very informative and enjoyable, and the lunch he arranged was the best food we have had in Thailand. Great experience.

Erawan waterfalls and more

This is a tour which took me back in History with the visit to the war cemetery, Burma-Thai railway which is now named death railway due to the atrocities done on war criminals during world war 2 and than followed by Elephant care and last but not the least the highlight of the tour the Erawan waterfalls are just breathe taking, I enjoyed every moment of this tour and our guide Sharky was friendly, kind, patient, always smiling and knowledgeable as your guide, Thank you for this amazing experience and would love to visit the falls again

Highlight of my Thailand Trip!

Thank you for giving me the best experience during my Thailand vacation. When visiting this country, most people look forward to the elephant experience, but Kanchanaburi Erawan Waterfall took the cake! I honestly looked through my photos for a while, and though I posted a few, but it does not capture the majestic beauty of this park. There were seven levels of waterfalls you could visit, but only one you could swim in. You need a life vest to swim in the waterfall to avoid sharp rocks. I got a small cut on the top of my foot on one of these rocks, and I was wearing a life vest, so beware! We rushed the hike up, and it took us 30 minutes with speed walking, but we took our time and enjoyed the views on the way down. It is well paved, although some parts may be slippery.

From the early pick-up time and the three-hour drive to everything in between, IDayTrip handled everything! Our lunch was delicious, and all of our experiences were memorable. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of our tour guide, but she did a fine job showing us around!

Wonderful day-trip.

This was a fantastic all-day tour! It was our first day in Thailand, and our guide, Ann, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We loved the waterfall, even though we only had time to hike to the fifth level. Feeding and interacting with the elephants was incredible, something we'd never done before. We knew to expect a long drive, but Ann was very talkative and answered all our questions, so it didn't feel as long.
